Because our products are digital and instantly delivered, all sales are generally final.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The product is completely non-functional and we are unable to fix the issue
- A refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Failure to install or configure the product
- Compatibility issues not mentioned in product requirements
